Job Overview

As a Senior Account Manager (SAM) on the Medical Communications team, you will lead the delivery of personalized, engaging and memorable content and educational experiences utilizing creativity and cutting-edge technology.

This role will be an integral part of the Medical Communications Management team where you will take part in the rapid growth and management of account team members. This will include managing team workloads, delegating tasks, and taking an active part in the development of current and future colleagues.

This is an opportunity to work leverage existing Med Ed skills and experience to lead, oversee, and own exciting projects with existing and future clients while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience

• 5-7 years of experience within healthcare communications and/or logistics
• College Education; BA or BS in Life Sciences or relevant field preferred
• Thorough understanding of the everchanging US Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry standards
• In-depth knowledge and awareness of current events within the US FDA and other regulatory bodies
• Excellent people management and leadership skills
• Proven success in project management, time management, financial management, negotiation and influence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
