Rob joined the company in May 2021 as Director of Technology, managing our Philadelphia office. He has over 10 years’ tech recruitment experience, starting in the UK in 2011, and has been working on the East Coast in North America since 2017. Highly experienced in building teams from the ground up whilst remaining very hands-on, Rob prides himself and his teams on their quality of service to both candidates and clients, and has huge aspirations for the US Tech Team.
Outside work, Rob enjoys spending time with his family and his 106lb Goldendoodle, Oliver, who is more needy than his 10-month-old!
